Add unpeeled garlic cloves to roast veg or potatoes

Roasties are everyone's favourite, roasted vegetables also a firm classic with a Sunday roast.

To make it even better, throw a whole head of garlic, divided into cloves but unpeeled, into the dish with potatoes or carrots and parsnips. They will make the tastiest morsels when squeezed out of their skins on the plate!
