The easiest way of making ganache

Ganache is made by bringing cream to the boil and melting chopped up chocolate in it. Easiest way: boil the cream in the microwave (about 30-40 seconds on full power for 100g of cream, but watch it through the glass so it doesn’t explode), immediately throw in the chopped chocolate and leave in the switched off microwave for a minute. Whip it with a whisk until smooth.
