How to keep cut herbs fresh

Great way to store herbs – only basil is fickle and mint leaves will go black after about a week – yes, a week, I kid you not. Take the herb bunch out of its packaging, wrap it in a wet paper towel and put in one of those ziplock bags. Store in the fridge. You might never chuck wilted herbs again!
