Dressing and salad in one bowl

The easiest way to prep salad ahead and keep it fresh – prepare the dressing in the bowl you will be serving the salad in. Basic stuff: 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp honey, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp white vinegar, 5 tsp olive oil. Whisk with a sauce whisk and pile the salad leaves and other bits on top. Toss the salad in the dressing just before serving.
