The best icing for cakes and pastries

This icing is the tastiest I've ever made - and not terribly sickly. Easy to make too.

Make it up by heating up 30g butter, 30g caster sugar and 30g lemon juice until the boiling point and pour straight into 110g of icing sugar. Beat with a whisk until smooth.
